Message: I have been with FFFCU for over a decade and I couldn't be happier. Their call center reps aren't all that, but, moneywise, FFFCU has done really good by me. If you want a low mortgage, car loan, HELOC rate, FFFCU has got you covered. Their bounced check charges are lower than any bank's.

Message: For the most part I don't have an issue with First Financial, However this morning on the way to work I wanted to make a deposit and the machine was down. I thought something was wrong with my card or account but when I pulled up to let others go everyone in line was having the same issue. It's nothing like needing to go to the machine quickly while trying to rush to work and can't handle your business. It can sometimes throw your entire day off considering there aren't that many First Financial machines on the way to work.
